Welcome to annie@prhmalaysia year end review. It has been a tremendous journey, yet the journey is still at its initial stages for PRH Malaysia. Our mission is to promote and and seed for personal growth in all Malaysia. To awaken our inner fire, qualities and giftedness. Journey towards our potentiality, to whom we are and can become. It is my joy to accompany you in this journey.

Join me for the FREE monthly PRH@live, 2 hours growth workshops, have a taste if PRH Education is for you. This workshop is open to all adults and young adults aged 21 and above.

PRH International formations and activities

These are to  share as PRH Educators, we are not alone, and we are very involved in attending formations for ourselves too, so that we can help our participant better. We advocate lifelong learning in growing. 

Also to share PRH International activities around the world and my companions from others countries especially PRH Indonesia and Thailand.

I thought I know enough of self awareness thought processes, however thanks to Annie, she had reveal another hidden part of my iceberg model, Annie make sure the class is conducted in a neutral and safe environment.. thru the lesson.. The workshop was really helpful. I have always struggled to cope with my feelings. I remembered asking Annie in the first workshop, “I’m overwhelmed by my own feelings a lot, can one have too many feelings?” After attending the workshop, I have a clearer idea of how to cope with my feelings and pay close attention to how my feelings express themselves. Personal milestones

Personally, this year has been challenging, yet very rewarding. I am thankful and blessed to have received my PRH Educator licence (my most meaningful milestone) and the neccessary certification for me to fully run my PRH work and services in Malaysia. Very thankful and humbled to have this capacity to share PRH methodology, workshop and services to all who seek help. 

2021 milestones

  • PRH Educator Licence from PRH International from France
  • 1st PRH Educator in Malaysia
  • Certified Professional Trainer, Institute of Professional Managers Association (IPMA), UK
  • HRDF Approved Trainer

My gratitude and thanks to the late Theresianne Sasraningrat (the person who saw me and started me on this journey for growth), Zofia diStefano ( PRH Australia Educator who received me in training when I wanted to be an Educator), Magda Uyttersprot ( my formator whose love and guidance accompanied me in my journey to be a PRH professional), Chris van Duyse (my personal pedagogical accompanist, who love and patience guide in my personal growth), PRH Indonesia and Thailand who are my companions in this journey especially my FRA teammeates (you know, who you are) and PRH International – my PRH family who continue to support me in this journey. I am truly loved and blessed. And  I would like to thank my husband Bashker, for his generous, loving support and enthusiasm for the work that I do, helps me to live my  PRH mission the fullest.
